This page describes how data is used on the Uwai Consultancy website. For AI solutions we implement for a client, we make separate agreements about data use, access and the suppliers involved.
When you make an enquiry
Our enquiry form asks for your name, company name, email address, topic and a brief description. A phone number is optional. We use these details to handle your question and contact you. Your enquiry is stored in this website's database. Submitting it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Emails relating to an enquiry
When the email integration is active, we send a confirmation to the email address provided and an enquiry notification to info@uwaiconsultancy.nl. We use Resend as the email delivery service. We retain the sending status with your enquiry. Technical acceptance by the email service does not mean a message has reached your inbox.
Share only the information needed
Do not share passwords, medical information, identity documents or confidential information about customers and employees. A general description of your question is enough for an initial conversation.
Security and access
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection. The website has no public function for retrieving enquiries. Only authorised administrators can manage stored enquiries. We also process a hash of the IP address that changes daily to limit repeated misuse of the form. The enquiry database does not store an unmodified IP address.
Hosting and external services
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. These services may process technical data to provide and secure the website. If website access requires a ChatGPT account, the hosting service also processes data for that access. Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts; Google receives technical connection details, such as your IP address.
Cookies, demonstrations and illustrative calculations
Uwai has not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics to this website. The hosting environment may use functional cookies for access and security. While you complete the form, your input stays in the page's memory; your enquiry is stored after successful submission. Interactive demonstrations use fixed examples and do not send questions to an AI service. The calculator and online AI opportunity scan process your choices in your browser. You may choose to include the scan result in an enquiry or save it as a text file on your own device.
Accessing or deleting your data
Would you like to know which enquiry data we hold about you, correct something or have your enquiry deleted? Email info@uwaiconsultancy.nl or use the contact form and select “Privacy enquiry”. Include the email address you previously used to contact us and your enquiry reference, if available. We may ask for additional information to verify that the request is yours.
Retention and use
We use enquiry data to handle and follow up on your message. Subsequent project agreements and the administration they require fall outside this website form. To request deletion of your original enquiry, use the route described above.
